Real estate investment company is seeking an AP Accountant to join their growing department. This is a stable company that offers great benefits (fully paid medical benefits, pension plan, wellness reimbursement, etc.) and good work/life balance.

Responsibilities:

-Full cycle AP processing through check runs.

-Reconcile monthly corporate credit cards statements and make payments.

-Process employee reimbursements using Concur.

-Monitor cash balances in various clients' bank accounts.

-Manage clients’ investments property taxes and pay installments.

-Deposit checks for corporate and clients' accounts.

-Prepare 1099s at year-end and obtain W-9s as needed.

-Assist with general ledger, month-end close
