Description
We are seeking a Staff Accountant for a long term contract opportunity in San Francisco, CA. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with experience supporting month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and journal entries to maintain accurate financial records

• Partner cross functionally with Payroll, Commissions, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting

• Support month-end close activities, analyze financial fluctuations, and assist with reporting processes

• Assist with internal and external audit requests by organizing documentation and responding to inquiries

• Identify process improvement opportunities and support special projects and ad hoc accounting analysis
