Lisa Cole with Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a growing company in Sacramento. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting various financial processes. • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes by recording and reconciling transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Post general ledger entries and maintain proper documentation for financial transactions.

• Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate accounts.

• Record daily bank transactions and perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all activities are correctly reflected.
