Description
Robert Half is working with a client in need of a staff accountant. The ideal candidate will have expertise in bank reconciliations. They would also possess a high level of accounting knowledge and ERP systems.
+ Prepare and post monthly and quarterly journal entries within the general ledger system.
+ Complete monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.
+ Assist with fixed asset tracking and related accounting activities.
+ Maintain amortization schedules and reconciliations for prepaid expenses, including preparation of related journal entries.
+ Support the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
+ Prepare special and ad hoc financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial data and trends.
