Hybrid position in Boca Raton Florida.



Position Summary:

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for general accounting functions including general ledger accounting and accounts payable. This position will support the monthly general ledger close process, as well as any other support necessary within the Accounting Department.

Reports to the Corporate Controller





Essential Functions:

Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses, including use of system reports to input and reconcile data for completeness and accuracy.



Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly account reconciliations.



Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly journal entries.



Perform and document processes, procedures, and internal controls, as applicable.
