You will serve as the global authority for Assembly manufacturing processes within Supplier Technical Assistance. Your mission is twofold: to drive excellence across our supply chain and to **standardize the technical competency of the global STA team.** You will lead the industrialization of cutting-edge technologies and ensure that every member of the STA organization is equipped with the knowledge to enforce Ford’s rigorous assembly standards.
