MISSION
To consolidate the country supplier’s quality according to established standards. To manage application of methodologies established by the Purchasing Quality function. To coordinate STA team activities.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Coordinate and prioritize all activities to ensure that supplier quality systems meet with Ficosa requirements. Prepare the audit plan for the local STA team. Ensure that the STA team implements all requirements for supplier integration into the Ficosa System (Ficosa Development System-FDS, Ficosa Purchasing System- FPS). Coordinate and prioritize all activities for the Components Approval Process. Coordinate supplier development plans in order for them to reach the quality levels required by Ficosa.
