In This Role You Will
- Lead discovery and requirements definition
- Drive structured conversations with senior stakeholders to identify pain points, business needs, and opportunities for improvement.
- Challenge and refine requests to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with business objectives.
- Own the solution design phase
- Define end‑to‑end functional solutions for projects and tickets, including workflows, process improvements, system integrations, and data migrations.
- Establish clear acceptance criteria for each piece of work delivered.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Produce high‑quality documentation (user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria) that enables technical teams to execute effectively.
