Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager – US Real Estate Operations to lead and scale a mix of underwriting, lender review, and real estate operations . This role requires strong expertise in US mortgage underwriting, condominium project reviews, and operational process management .

You will be responsible for driving quality, compliance, and efficiency , while leading teams and building scalable processes that support business growth.
