Position Overview
SUMMARY:
The Sr. Director of APAC Marketing is the regional marketing leader responsible for building and accelerating the Crocs brand across the Asia-Pacific region, including Korea, Japan, SEA, and India. This leader will define and execute region-specific marketing strategies that are rooted in the global brand narrative while deeply resonant with local culture, consumer behavior, and market dynamics. This role is accountable for driving brand awareness, consumer acquisition, and cultural relevance across one of Crocs' most critical and fast-growing regions. This role will lead a team of regional marketers, align closely with global brand and commercial leadership, and serve as the primary voice of the APAC consumer within the global organization. This leader will work across integrated marketing, media, influencer, social, creative, retail activations, and PR to ensure Crocs shows up with cultural authority and brand consistency in every APAC market.
