Sr/Associate Executive, Talent Acquisition We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Executive to support the Talent Acquisition team in interview coordination, recruitment operations, and administrative activities. This role provides exposure to end-to-end hiring processes, including candidate engagement, basic sourcing, and recruitment analytics. Key Responsibilities Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels Send interview invitations, confirmations, and reminders in a timely and professional manner Arrange interview logistics (virtual platforms, meeting rooms, assessments) Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process
