Role Overview The Automation Architect defines the end-to-end technical blueprint for the Client automation program. This role is responsible for solution architecture, infrastructure design, bot framework selection, integration strategy, and ensuring the delivery aligns with enterprise-grade scalability, security, and compliance requirements applicable to a federal payer environment.
