We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM to support enterprise-level HR transformation initiatives across Core HR and enterprise workforce systems. The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on experience in Oracle HCM configuration, technical extensions, integrations, and AI‑driven HR solutions, including Oracle AI Agentic Studio and Redwood UX modernization.

This role requires a strong blend of functional HR domain expertise and technical Oracle Fusion capabilities, with the ability to design, configure, extend, and deliver scalable HCM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
