- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, products, technologies and services
- Shape country growth strategy and define realistic targets for new initiatives
- Plan budgets, resources, timelines and sales targets with commercial stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional projects covering regulatory, technical, supply chain and marketing
- Deliver timely and sustainable product and solution launches
- Design and manage trial programmes, including protocols, partners and data analysis
- Provide technical support for customer enquiries and marketing claims
- Identify and manage technical, stewardship and compliance risks
- Develop and maintain high-quality training materials for customers and internal teams
