**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**

**The Technical Staff Consultant provides support to the ChemTreat field sales representatives as needed throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.**

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Provide technical support to ChemTreat sales representatives in product screening and treatment program selections, the application of chosen treatment programs, and in troubleshooting treatment programs to meet the customer’s cost and performance objectives.
+ Technical Consultants are responsible for actively participating in the technology selection stage the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for products and solutions.
+ Assist account managers in conducting interviews with client management to gain an understanding of client business conditions, risks, and controls.
