The Integrated Talent Development Systems (ITDS) team, part of Amazon Talent Solutions (ATS), is looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to join the team in Edinburgh.

ITDS transforms and improves talent processes for corporate Amazonians — empowering them to focus on growth, invention, and customer impact while eliminating administrative burden. The team enables accurate and authentic evaluations, improves the quality of talent decisions, and strives to ensure that Amazon's most valued talent is recognized, developed, and retained. ITDS empowers Amazon managers with effective and streamlined capabilities to develop high-performing teams through talent evaluations, role and level transitions, and performance management.
