Job Responsibilities
Ability to identify qualified candidate by using the proper sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Hunter, Job portals, social platforms, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with both passive and active candidates by understanding their career aspirations and aligning them with the organization’s opportunities.
