The Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager will be accountable for the successful development and implementation of a strategic roadmap to enhance and transform the companyβs global talent acquisition capabilities.
The qualified candidate brings demonstrated experience implementing and monitoring talent acquisition programs, processes and initiatives. Additionally, the qualified candidate will be experienced in driving process improvements within a fast-paced environment, tracking and developing metrics and reporting, and demonstrating the business case for, and impact of, important talent acquisition initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
