YOUR MISSION

As a Supply Operations lead, you will play a key role in the market: you will be the ultimate owner for optimizing key operations performance indicators across several cities in the country. Your role will be directly responsible for improving Customer and Couriers’ experience across their whole journey, making them grow and improve user experience. This role will require a mix of analytical skills, operations, stakeholder management, and creativity to tackle different challenges.
