Brief Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sr. Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing operation in Reynosa, Tamaulipas.

Reporting to the Production Manager , the Sr. Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading production supervisors and supporting the daily execution of manufacturing operations across assigned shifts and areas. This role is critical to ensuring safe, disciplined, and efficient execution of the production plan while maintaining strong operational control, workforce engagement, and customer focus.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in driving performance in safety, productivity, efficiency, quality, schedule attainment, floor discipline, and people management .
