Position Overview
Job Description
- Ensure effective implementation of company policies, procedures, and quality standards across all production activities
- Monitor and control the manufacturing process to ensure product consistency, safety, and compliance
- Conduct regular inspections, testing, and verification of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Analyze, evaluate, and support product development activities, including testing and improvement of fermented products
- Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions - Ensure compliance with Food Safety Management Systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000)
- Oversee documentation of quality inspections, laboratory results, and audit records in accordance with document control procedures
- Ensure products meet both internal specifications and external regulatory standards, including halal requirements
