UCIe Program Manager

Location: Ontario (Mississauga, Markham, Kanata, Nepean)

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive execution for UCIe development programs from planning through tape‑out, managing timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones across design, verification, and integration teams
• Build and maintain project plans that reflect real engineering work, tracking progress against milestones and surfacing risks before they become blockers
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve dependencies, explicit execution roadblocks, and keep work moving toward shared deliverables
• Identify schedule, resource, and technical risks early, and drive mitigation plans with stakeholders who can actually address them
• Coordinate program reviews and cross‑functional meetings that support decision‑making and keep alignment tight across distributed teams
