**Job Description Summary**
The AI HK Program Manager (SP3) supports execution of high-priority, fast-turnaround initiatives across the AI HK portfolio. This role will help coordinate critical deployments, while driving follow-through on program gaps, budget support, communications, and cross-functional actions.
This is an individual contributor role for a strong program manager who can bring structure, pace, and accountability to a dynamic set of priorities. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working across teams to keep initiatives moving. This role should also be able to apply FLIGHT DECK principles to improve execution, standardize ways of working, and support outcomes aligned to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC), in that order.
