**Overview**

As the Senior Staff Product Manager for AI-Native ERP & Platform Experience, you will drive the transformation of our ERP platform. You will own the end-to-end experience for our most complex customers, redefining how large-scale enterprises interact with their financial ecosystem. Your mission is to move beyond a system of record toward an autonomous system of intelligence that solves core Jobs-to-Be-Done through seamless, AI-driven workflows and agents for key personas of our enterprise customer.

You will lead the strategy for a true open platform, ensuring that internal capabilities and third-party partners can integrate deeply into the IES core. By bridging Human Intelligence (HI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), you will create a personalized, high-confidence experience that scales across multi-entity environments, turning the ERP into a strategic engine for global business growth.
