HR Operations – Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding and internal transfers. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems. Process payroll changes, benefits administration and compliance documentation.
Employee Engagement and Experience – Support the design and execution of initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being and satisfaction. Coordinate employee surveys, analyze results and recommend actionable insights. Plan and execute events, celebrations and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
Talent Development – Assist with performance management processes ensuring alignment with company goals. Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth. Partner with managers to provide guidance on career development and succession planning.
