**Overview**
GovCIO is seeking a Senior Solutions Analyst with strong background in business analysis, solutioning, and architecture awareness to support the Health Benefits Management System (HBMS) project within the VA OIT Health Portfolio. This role is a fully remote, U.S.-based position, with core hours of operation Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
**Responsibilities**
This role requires deep collaboration with business partners, stakeholders and technical teams to develop strong business scenario understanding, creative problem solving for evolving business needs, and utilization of robust technologies to enable the veteran experience.
