Position Overview

Position Summary: 
The Senior SFE Manager is responsible for driving sales force effectiveness across Mainland China and Hong Kong Retail business including CBEC. This role acts as a strategic business partner to Commercial teams by delivering data-driven insights, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing execution excellence.
