Description
Purpose of this Position
1.Maintain good relationship with customer by providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support to Key Accounts & Preferred Account (KA &PA).
2.Provide technical consulting and problem solving.
3.Support PoC, FAT and product testing
4.Provide technical training and on-site seminars to customers
5. Support additional task required by supervisor to achieve strategic objectives
Major Areas of Responsibility
1. Work closely with the CSM/RSM/BDM/KAM to provide technical support & solutions for KA & PA β
Β To answer request for proposal
Β To resolve customerβs applications via technical expertise.
Β To obtain customer satisfaction.
2. Project support in Pre-sales stage
