Overview:
We need a Senior UiPath POD Lead to drive technical leadership for a dedicated automation POD delivering 2-3 automations per month using the UiPath platform. This onshore role will lead a team of developers while ensuring co-delivery with our client's and achieving early value realization.
Responsibilities:
Lead a POD of 2-3 RPA developers in UiPath automation deliveryConduct code reviews and ensure development best practicesPartner with client developers for co-delivery and knowledge transferDeliver first production automation within 2-4 weeks of engagement startDesign and implement UiPath workflows for complex business processesCoordinate with Business Analysts for requirements and UAT activitiesEstablish reusable components and automation frameworksManage technical escalations and solution architecture decisions
