What is the Opportunity?

Reporting to the Director, Investments Technology, we are looking for a Senior Scrum Master who will support the delivery of Risk-based Business initiatives that are transformational, innovative, and regulatory. The role will enable one or more multi‑disciplinary agile teams and deliver technology projects that are aligned with business strategic priorities and regulatory demands. The senior Scrum Master has a key role within an Agile delivery team as it removes any impediments that obstruct a team's pursuit of its sprint goals and ultimately delivers a product that generates business benefits for one or several RBC lines of business. Senior Scrum Masters play an important role in the long‑term evolution of agile practices at RBC.
