Insight Global is seeking a Scheduling Manager for a top heavy civil and industrial construction client. This role involves implementing established project controls policies and procedures while leading project scheduling efforts across assigned area or mega civil construction projects. The Scheduling Manager will support the development of bid schedules and baseline schedules, oversee ongoing schedule maintenance, and partner closely with project managers, engineers, superintendents, and estimating teams. Additionally, this individual will assist with Time Impact Analysis (TIA), mitigation and recovery analysis, and claims support to identify risks, develop solutions, and ensure project schedules are accurate, optimized, and aligned with execution plans.
