Senior Sales Recruiter (Contract 6-8 months | Remote)
+ MUST Have recent experience recruiting Sales roles (Account Executives/Quota Carrying Roles) — required
+ MUST Have background supporting hiring within a global SaaS or enterprise technology company
+ Proven ability to manage multiple reqs in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong stakeholder management skills — able to influence senior leaders, not just take orders
+ Deep understanding of sales compensation models (OTE, accelerators, RSUs)
