Position Overview
**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst supports the design, implementation, and administration of sales compensation programs. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the accurate calculation of commissions, maintaining the integrity of compensation data, and assisting in the analysis of plan effectiveness. The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst ensures accurate calculations, timely payouts, and continuous system improvement. The incumbent will create and manage compensation models, calculate and audit commission payments, and provide insightful analysis to improve plan effectiveness. The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst also plays a key role in communicating compensation policies and resolving any related issues.
