Job Summary
The Senior Sales Associate contributes to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilising Coach selling skills and Service training. You will be responsible for meeting personal sales and productivity goals, delivering a service that meets or exceeds expectations, representing Coach to the consumer, and acting as a brand ambassador.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand how individual productivity impacts the store.
- Behave like a brand ambassador.
- Model sales behaviors taught in company sales training programmes, including omni‑channel sales and virtual selling services.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor.
- Consistently achieve sales goals.
- Work with multiple customers simultaneously; anticipate and meet customers’ needs.
