Support the research team on the improvement of data and analysis related to Mild’s coffee balance sheet
Produce the balance sheets for coffee for the Milds region
Maintenance of hedge matrices tracking the flow of flat price risk from farmer to hedger
Verify the accuracy of cost of production estimates, and model historical time series accordingly.
Develop forecast models to predict coffee consumption, exports, production and farmer behavior
Optimize the current process of data maintenance and update;
Propose trading recommendations through analysis of stocks/use, net supply and demand balances etc. Identify significant correlations between balance sheet movements and relevant price time series
