onsemi is looking for a self-driven reliability leader to work in a fast-paced environment and be a key team member to accelerate adoption of cutting-edge semiconductor products and technologies. In this highly visible role, the candidate will work with assembly manufacturing and multidisciplinary teams to ensure we exceed customers' needs with high quality, reliable products.
Performance Objectives:
Gain a full understanding of the automotive reliability specifications and guidelines including AQG324. Collaborate with our team of engineers to support reliability operations. Provide device fail characterization and limited package failure analysis. Work with New Product Development, Advanced Packaging Reliability, and Applications engineers to support Look Ahead Reliability and Qualification of ON Semiconductor power modules.
