Cox Automotive is looking for a talented Senior Release Train Engineer to join their team. The Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) is an outcomes-driven problem solver, whose primary purpose is to lead large and complex Agile Release Trains (ART) to success by navigating the complexity of delivering software solutions consistently across large and distinct environments.The Senior RTE must creatively resolve and escalate a wide range of impediments, manage risk, assure value delivery, and drive program level continuous improvement. They play a critical link between multiple scrum teams; facilitating communications, opening the flow of information, and sharing important progress updates to ensure all teams involved in the ART are focused on successful delivery.
