Senior Recruiter
As a strategic partner to Hiring Managers and HR Leaders, the Senior Recruiter plays a critical role in driving Polaris' talent acquisition strategy.
This role goes beyond full lifecycle recruiting to include internal talent mobility, operational excellence, and proactive pipeline development aimed at supporting Polaris' profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Full Lifecycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from initial intake/scoping calls through sourcing, screening, selection, and offer acceptance.
