Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management. This role requires expertise in handling lateral, support and contract hiring while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment - C2H for clients , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, networking) to attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
