The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity surveying, contract administration, and commercial management of MEP works across large-scale projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage quantity surveying and commercial activities for MEP works on high-rise building projects.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, tender evaluations, and budget analysis.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents for quantity take-offs and cost control.
