Contract Management Administration: Manage contract administration including reviewing contract terms and procedures from both client and contractor perspectives, ensuring compliance with contract conditions, maintaining proper documentation, assessing Project Manager instructions against contract terms, reconciling with contractors and subcontractors, and resolving variation issues.
Quantity Surveying – Measurement: Review drawings, executed quantities and measurement sheets submitted by subcontractors, verify discrepancies against invoices, provide guidance on contract measurement methods to ensure contractors are accurately paid, prepare and review bills of quantities (BOQ), handle measurement queries, and ensure accuracy.
Quantity Surveying – Negotiation: Discuss and negotiate rates with contractors for new work items not covered in the BOQ and submit rates for Employer approval.
