Overview

The Sr. QA Automation Engineer plays a pivotal role in the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the SAP S/4Hana automation program. Reporting to the QA manager and providing technical direction to a team of 4-6 Senior QA Automation Engineers, this role involves not only monitoring and evaluating testing outcomes but also driving the development of innovative testing strategies and plans, setting the vision, established standards, resolving technical blockers, and leading a cohesive, high-performing automation team. The Sr. QA Automation Engineer serves as the primary quality authority for complex, multi-module SAP programs, collaborating closely with business analysts, functional subject matter experts, architects and development teams, to define strategy, enforce standards, implementing cutting-edge testing technologies, such as AI, and delivering measurable improvements in release quality at scale.
