Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing customer programs and serves as the “voice of the customer (VOC)”. The Project Manager also can serve as the leader of the Customer Focus Team (CFT). This role serves as the primary liaison between the customer and internal teams, ensuring that projects move efficiently from quotation through production while meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets. They work directly with the site General Manager (GM) and Account Management (AM) to execute project milestones.

The Project Manager collaborates closely, motivates and engages engineering, supply chain, production, quality, sales teams and Program Managers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product, services and solutions according to customer and project needs.
