Job Description:

**Job Overview**

Representative of Ops to align the project target (Capital, cost, timeline, capacity) with PM/PJM, lead Ops team to ensure successful execution of project plan and meet project targets. PJE should have proper leadership on project planning and control, high skills of coordination and communications, proper knowledge of marketing of TE business, proper knowledge of manufacturing process and costing and capacities analysis and resource balance.
