**Job Overview**

Representative of Ops to align the project target (Capital, cost, timeline, capacity) with PM/PJM, lead Ops team to insure successful execution of project plan and meet project targets. PJE should have proper leadership on project planning and control, high skills of cordination and comunications, proper knowledge of marketing of TE business, proper knowledge of manufacture process and costing and capacities analysis and resource balance.
