As a Program Specialist II, you will drive procurement of materials/services, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and evaluate bids/proposals. Your expertise in subcontract management will be crucial.

• Maintain an effective project documentation process to support extension of time claims, change order management and progress claims.
• Undertake site management of installation & commissioning activities involving direct resources, subcontractors and 3rd parties including the customer.
• Understand and be able to maintain a Program of Works throughout the project life cycle.
• Effectively manage assigned resources to maintain productivity and achieve practical completion on the project.
