**Description:**
You will be the Sr. Program Quality Engineer for the Program Quality team. Our team is responsible for ensuring program quality across Rotary Wing Sensor (RWS) programs.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Sr. Program Quality Engineer you will be responsible for managing the implementation and execution of program quality requirements throughout development, transition to production, and production efforts.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Lead implementation of program quality requirements across development, transition, and production phases.
+ Serve as Quality Lead partnering with program teams to identify and mitigate risks.
+ Manage DCMA/customer quality relationships and nonconformance documentation.
+ Drive root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and ensure effective containment.
+ Promote continuous process improvement and product excellence.
