Amazon is looking for a Senior Program Manager to support electric vehicle service operations and delivery service partner experience as our Last Mile electric fleet scales across North America. This role will own vehicle operational readiness, service expansion strategy, and partner experience programs that ensure our growing electric delivery vehicle fleet maintains industry-leading availability and performance.

You'll manage the complete lifecycle of electric vehicle service operations, from station launch readiness to ongoing maintenance optimization, driving toward peak vehicle operational readiness during high-volume delivery events.
