**The Role**
The Industrialization organization within Global Purchasing and Supply Chain (GPSC) at GM is focused on accelerating industrialization initiatives and transforming GM’s manufacturing facilities into highly automated, “lights out” smart factories. Delivering this vision requires strong program leadership, disciplined execution, and seamless coordination across multiple functions and organizations.

As a **Sr Program Manager, Industrialization,** you will be a member of a newly established Program Management Office within the GPSC Industrialization organization, accountable for driving cross-functional alignment and execution of GM’s automation and industrialization strategy. This role requires independent judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence change across the organization.
