PARP exists to serve Amazon worldwide customers through a network of pickup and returns locations, in a way that improves transporter safety, reduces cost to serve, and enables incremental selection for Amazon, while making package handling effortless for customers, partners, and carriers. We accelerate adoption by driving customer awareness, conversion, retention, as well as partner satisfaction. Amazon Pickup and Returns (PARP) is experiencing tremendous growth and transformation.
